The main focus of the homegrown single malt is the unique terroir, from the barley being grown to maturation in Tipperary’s own warehouse through to reducing to bottling strength with their own water and bottling on the farm with their own hands. The grain type, strain, planting time and conditions, soil elements are all detailed and available to customers, emphasising the distinctive components of the single raw ingredient: homegrown malted barley. “We tell a unique Irish story.
